In the summer of 2003, we conducted some research into how far people use the facilities of this software.

PC trainers and educators will find insights into how and where the training budget is best directed for Office users.

IT support workers and systems administrators will learn which Office features need and need not be included in standard installs, based on actual likely usage.

Freelance IT trainers will gain useful information to help them focus their marketing activity to where it can have most effect (and they are welcome to use the results as part of that marketing strategy).

Office users will be able to identify where their own skills and knowledge could be developed for maximum productivity payoff.
